Q starts making your playmat(s) as soon as we receive the order and payment.

Depending on volume, average production time takes 1-2 weeks. 

By placing an order, you authorize Noninkables to charge your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or restrict purchases that appear to be made for resale. If an order is changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.
